YOUR INFORMATION / HANDLED CAREFULLY

PRIVACY
NOTICE.

How information submitted through SoldJustInTime is used when you ask about a property, a valuation or a sale.

What we collect

When you submit a valuation request or contact enquiry, this site may collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, property characteristics, timing and sale context. It also records limited enquiry-source information, such as the page or campaign that led to your request.

Why we use it

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a valuation or property discussion, provide the requested service, and keep an appropriate record of that interaction. It is not sold to third parties.

Show-house appointments

When booking a viewing, we collect the answers requested on that property's form. These may include contact details, an ID or passport number, purchase plans, a pre-qualification certificate, names of attendees, vehicle registration and your consent record. We also record your chosen appointment, confirmation and attendance status. Buyer answers and uploaded certificates are encrypted at rest and are available only through protected admin access. They are used to arrange the viewing and follow up on your property enquiry. Additional consent purposes are separate, unticked choices.

Justin may contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your appointment. Selecting a time requests an appointment; it is confirmed separately. To correct details or cancel, contact Justin using the contact page.

Who may receive it

Information is accessible to Justin Nicklin and may be shared with WeTrade Property or carefully selected service providers only where this is necessary to respond to your request, deliver a related property service, meet a legal obligation or operate this website securely.

How long we keep it

Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business records, or where applicable law requires a longer period.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or raise a concern about personal information held in relation to your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before responding. This notice should be read with the applicable South African privacy law and does not limit any rights you may have under it.
